Unfortunately the system does not live up to the expectation that is created through the former statement.Although the user interface is intuitive, the flow of system setup could have been better designed and setup could take some time to complete. There are also some of the features that are difficult to figure out.Some great features include the ability to create custom forms per schedule as well as the ability to create custom offers/coupons which can also be linked to specific schedules.The system allows employees to close past appointments by indicating attendance and providing feedback which is a great feature to have. Custom polices can also be created and provided to customers on the system. The billing feature allows for automation of rescheduling and cancellation charges and integrates with systems like Verisign and AuthorizeNet, and documentation is provided which will guide you through the payment processing configuration.Email Customer Service Support is also offered when logged in to the system.From a customer booking experience there are some areas that need improvement in terms of error feedback which could cause frustration as the customer can't move on until they figure out how to fix what they did wrong.Customers are, however, able to login to the system and view their past and upcoming appointments. Once logged in, they are able to reschedule an appointment as well as update their biographical details.Unfortunately, there are two major drawbacks to the system:- You will only be able to use Appointment Quest if you reside in the USA and Canada. For this reason alone they are definitely not the front runners when looking at online booking systems.- Only physical locations can be created. With the massive increase in telemedicine offerings due to COVID-19, this will immediately eliminate AppointmentQuest from most of their competitors.The above feature comparison was performed by our users who were AppoinmentQuest users, and may not be 100% accurate.
