Booker is a MINDBODY booking system that's commonly used in the beauty and wellness industries, particularly by hairdressers, beauticians and spa owners. It's cloud-based and helps users manage bookings, take payments and run marketing activities.
Integration is connected to the Booker Marketing Network, which enables business owners to drive traffic to their website through a Book Now button. Partners include Yahoo, Bing, Yellow Pages and SuperPages, among others. At the time of writing, integration does not extend to Zapier.
Specials and offers can be published directly to some social media platforms, and the Booker Mobile App allows for calendar and booking management, payment collection and more. Booker also offers inventory management and reporting, which makes it more appealing to businesses that hold stock and need a basic management system. Email campaigns and marketing automations are offered.
While suitable for beauty and wellness businesses, Booker is not built for class and workshop-based services, or businesses that require more sophisticated scheduling features like group bookings, extensions, webhooks and those with strict privacy guidelines (e.g. HIPAA compliance). A basic membership costs $129-$429/month, which makes is a very high price point considering the available features.
