ClickBook was founded in 2007, so definitely not a new kids on the block when it comes to appointment scheduling. It is strange though that it seems as if you are only able to offer services at physical locations and the system doesn't cater for virtual locations. User interface and design can definitely be improved on.ClickBook offers appointment services to salons, home services, sports facilities, schools, universities, government services as well as wellness professionals.The system allows existing customers to log in and view previously made appointments. New clients don't have to log in and can simply make a booking from the Public Services page.Unfortunately group bookings are not available in this system. Probably the biggest drawback is that if you have different locations, they must all be in the same timezone as ClickBook only allows one timezone per account.The SMS Messaging feature only is available only in the United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Canada and New Zealand.The above feature comparison was performed by our users who were ClickBook users, and may not be 100% accurate.
