Their product Meeting Scheduler for Gmail was released in 2017, so it is still new in the market. There are two subscriptions (free and premium and the only differences between the two are that email and phone support is not offered on the free subscription as well as the fact that you can only hide the app back link and cloudHQ branding on the premium subscription..Meeting Scheduler for Gmail is a productivity tool which allow employees to send meeting invites directly from Gmail and create unique invites for each Gmail email and is installed as a Chrome extension. The email receiver will click on a link provided in the email and will be redirected to a webpage where they can select a suitable date from the options provided by the employee. It also provides each employee with a customizable 'Book Me' page so they are able to add the URL to their emall signature which will allow email recipients to click on the link to schedule an appointment, but it does not provide a global booking page for an entire business which is a major drawback, but staff booking links can still be embedded in your existing website..It fully integrates with Gmail and Google Calendar and also works with your Google Calendar to check your availability, thereby ensuring that no double bookings take place.
